LookUp! Events is an event venue on floors 41 and 42 of the Skyliner tower in Warsaw, Poland (ul. Prosta 67, at Rondo Daszyńskiego metro). It hosts conferences, galas and banquets for up to 350 guests across both floors. The MIXD-designed interior was a category winner — Surface Interiors — at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2024.

01The venue

Two floors at the top of Skyliner

LookUp! Events occupies the two top floors — 41 and 42 — of the Skyliner tower in Warsaw's Wola district. The interior was designed by MIXD, the Wrocław studio whose work here has earned three distinctions in international interior-design competitions, including a category win at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2024.

The venue hosts conferences, trainings, corporate events, galas, banquets, product launches, board dinners, company Christmas parties and weddings. The office is open 08:00–22:00, and the team works in English and Polish.

02Floors & capacity

Up to 350 guests across two floors

Floor 42 is a single open event space for 200 guests theatre-style — 150 in a banquet layout — framed by 16 metres of glazing with a panorama of the whole city, with a stage and bar.

Floor 41 is the conference level: two rooms that combine into one, with daylight, full A/V and the same view, holding over 120 people in a conference layout.

Three international distinctions

  • Restaurant & Bar Design Awards
  • HD Awards
  • Interior of the Year 2023

All three concern the MIXD-designed interior of this venue; in each competition the formal laureate is the design studio, and the space the juries assessed is the venue itself.

  • Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2024 — category winner, Surface Interiors. The project appears in the organiser's 2024 archive as "LookUp!, Warsaw, Poland", with MIXD credited for the interiors.
  • HD Awards 2024 (20th edition) — finalist, Event Space, awarded by the US magazine Hospitality Design. Shortlisted alongside Sphere in Las Vegas; the category was won by NeueHouse Cinema in New York.
  • Interior of the Year 2023 — 1st place, editors' choice of the magazine DMNTR. Dom i Wnętrze, decided on 8 December 2023 within the Poland Urban Awards and Interior of the Year programme.

04Location

Skyliner, ul. Prosta 67, Warsaw

Skyliner is a 195-metre, 42-storey tower designed by APA Wojciechowski, developed by the Karimpol Group, completed in 2021 and certified BREEAM Excellent. The M2 metro station Rondo Daszyńskiego exits directly at the building — 8 metres from the station exit to the lobby — and the lift ride to the top floor takes 24 seconds.

05Catering

Catering by the Villa Foksal kitchen

Catering is provided by the venue's own kitchen, run in collaboration with Villa Foksal — the Warsaw events-and-catering house on Foksal street — under chef Marcin Wojtczak. Menus are composed individually for each event rather than taken from a fixed banqueting list, and live-cooking formats are available. The same kitchen serves both floors.
