Skyliner Warsaw is a 195-metre office tower at ul. Prosta 67, in the Wola business district — 42 floors, one of the best-connected addresses in the city, and the top two floors are the LookUp! Skyliner is an office tower at ul. Prosta 67 in Warsaw’s Wola district, directly at Rondo Daszyńskiego — known in Polish as Skyliner Warszawa. It was designed by APA Wojciechowski, developed by the Karimpol Group, and has been operational since 2021 — for several years one of the tallest towers in this part of the city, and still a marker of Warsaw’s new business centre.

What is on floors 41 and 42
The two highest usable levels of Skyliner belong to LookUp! Events, an event venue with a panorama of the whole city. Karimpol describes this part of the building as a two-level space around 165 metres up. The interiors, by the Wrocław studio MIXD, carry three international distinctions — a Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2024 category win, an HD Awards 2024 finalist place in Event Space, and a first place at Interior of the Year 2023, each listed with its sources.
The 42nd floor is one open space behind a 16-metre glazed wall, and it is where galas, banquets, corporate events and wedding receptions are held. The 41st holds daylight conference rooms with full multimedia equipment and the same view over the city — conferences, training and company meetings. The kitchen works at the top too: catering is made on site, under chef Marcin Wojtczak of Villa Foksal, rather than driven across the city.
How to get in, up and home
By metro. The M2 station Rondo Daszyńskiego exits practically at the building — Karimpol quotes eight metres from the station exit to the lobby, which in bad weather means you barely step outside. Trams and buses stop at the roundabout.
By car. Under the building is a five-level garage with 428 car spaces and EV chargers, plus 330 bicycle spaces with lockers and showers. Wola is a paid-parking zone, so the garage is usually simpler than the street.
From the airport. Chopin Airport is about 7 km away; Warsaw Central Station is a few minutes’ ride.
To the top. Skyliner is an office building with a reception in the lobby, and floors 41–42 are not open to walk-ins — you come up as part of an event or an arranged visit. The lifts run at up to 7 metres a second, so the ride itself takes seconds.
